Pickleball Fitness

Pickleball HIIT Workout #1

This workout will definitely get your heart pumping and get you sweating! You can take elements of this routine and mix it up or even add to it. Focus on the footwork with the Forehand and Backhand. Start out slow to get it right and over time you will be able to speed it up.

      Perform 3-5 rounds with minimal rest.


  • Jump Rope - 50x
  • Open Stance Forehand - 10x
  • Open Stance Backhand - 10x
  • Ladder Split Step - 10x
  • Plank Pickleball Tap Up - 50x
