Breathwork is a fairly new concept to me. I have done some similar activities in the past, but now I am experiencing this on a whole new level. Explore and learn this along with me. Here is the practice that I just started recently.
This is a video exercise to teach you to consciously turn on heavy stress for short bursts, specifically so that we can turn it off and spend the rest of our days and nights relaxing and restoring. We’ll be giving our nervous system a full reset.
Below are the 6 songs that I would rotate through each morning as I would begin my breathing routine. I noticed that by simply doing this first thing in the morning, that my mind would be more alert and my body would be primed for the day.
Find a rhythm for your breathing that fits the cadence of the songs.
